Alaska is so big, and so wild, that one can spend a lifetime exploring this place and experience but a tiny part of it. For us, that process of never-ending exploration is what keeps us alive...physically, mentally, spiritually. It is why we live here, and it is why we take photographs. Because in the end, after experiencing something wonderful, it is human nature to share it with others. Our goal, then, is to capture the essence of our travels in the wild so that you can experience it too.
Welcome to Bennett Images, home of photographers Edward and Georgia Bennett, where we offer fine art photographs and panoramas of the place called Denali...the Great Land.

- We've just returned from taking photos of eagles in Homer, Alaska. We join photographers from around the world in mourning the loss of Jean Keene, the "Eagle Lady" who fed hundreds of eagles every day of every winter, until her death Jan. 14, 2009. We'll post some images soon.
- We will display our work at Jitters coffee shop in Eagle River during the month of May, 2009, with an opening reception on May 1. Hope to see you there!
- We've begun custom printing selected images on canvas and stretching them on frames. They have a gallery wrap, meaning the image continues around the edge. They've proven very popular because they don't need an external frame or glass...just hang them on the wall!
